Once a Website has been analyzed at least once by SEOENG®, an Instant Quote to subscribe to the SEOENG® data for that Website is available. To obtain an Instant Quote, you may simply type a Website's URL into the SEOENG® Search Bar and click the 'SEOENG® Search' button. This will bring you to the Free Webpage Scoresheet for the homepage (if the Website has not been analyzed see the paragraph below). At the top of the Webpage Scoresheet there will be a tab labeled "Get SEOENG® Packages!". If you select the Website SEOPass™, you will be presented with an instant quote to purchase. Alternatively, if you click on anything in SEOENG® that requires an SEOPass™ for that Website, you will also be shown the different SEOENG® Purchase Options where you can click on the Website SEOPass™.

If the Website has not been analyzed recently by SEOENG®, you must tell SEOENG® to analyze the Website by completing the Captcha and clicking the 'Start Analyzing' button. There is an option for SEOENG® to notify you via email once the analysis is complete, or you may simply check back periodically to see the progress. You may receive a quote without registration; however, to subscribe to the Website data, you must register first.

Website Domains and Sub-Domains

Throughout the SEOENG® site, the use of the term 'Website' is defined as a Single Sub-Domain of a Website. For example if you purchase a SEOPass™ to http://SEOENG.com, by default SEOENG® will add the Sub-Domain “www” in front, which means that the SEOPass™ will be for the Sub-Domain http:///www.SEOENG.com, and not the full Domain http://SEOENG.com, which may contain an unlimited amount of Sub-Domains. You will receive full data for a single Sub-Domain only via a single SEOPass™. To clarify, the Sub-domain http://search.SEOENG.com would not be included in the SEOPass™ to http://www.SEOENG.com because it is an additional Sub-domain of the Website. To access full and complete data for additional Website Sub-Domains, you must purchase individual SEOPass™ to each Sub-Domain desired.

When you desire more information than the Scoresheet provides, you will need to purchase a SEOPass™. Doing so will enable the other 95% of SEOENG® data to become visible and available to you; including the Website Dashboard which compiles information as it relates to the entire Website rather than a single isolated Webpage. Additional SEOPass™ features include vital Link Flow® Reports, Link Scorecards, Webpage Scorecards, Webpage Listings, Link Listings, Customized Alerts and Warnings, helpful SEOENG® Suggestions on how to fix Website, Webpage Errors and much more!

A SEOPass™ enables you to access the Website's entire SEOENG® data, and at the time of purchase SEOENG® will conduct a FREE Re-Crawl of the Website to ensure the latest data for the Website is available to you. (If your Website has been previously crawled, purchasing a SEOPass™ will automatically refresh the data). The Re-Crawl will take some additional time to complete, and you will be notified via email once the data has been compiled. Once logged in, to verify that the SEOPass™ has been added to your account, simply click on the 'Customer Home' link at the top right of any Webpage within the http://search.SEOENG.com site, and then click the 'Visit an Existing Website SEOPass™' icon to confirm that the Website has been added.

SEOENG® reserves the right to offer only a Standard SEOPass™, or only an Extended SEOPass™, no SEOPass™, or both depending on the Website at its own discretion. SEOENG® may limit future crawl depth and allow access to fewer pages for any future SEOPass™ or Re-Crawls for any reason. Because Websites vary greatly, SEOENG® does not guarantee the time it will take to complete the analysis for any SEOPass™ or Website Re-Crawl. Depending on the Website it could take minutes, hours, or days; there is no absolute time limit.

Standard SEOPass™ vs. Extended SEOPass™

In order to offer customers the most accurate and economical solution for their SEO ventures, SEOENG® offers two different types of SEOPass™ (this applies to both initial Website Analyses as well as subsequent Website Re-Crawls). The Standard SEOPass™ analyzes just the top Webpages within a Single Website Sub-Domain, therefore if the Website is rather small you will only have the option to purchase the Standard SEOPass™. The Extended SEOPass™ analyzes up to 500 (it may crawl more than that though) of the top Webpages within a Single Website Sub-Domain. Remember that these are the number of Webpages that SEOENG® estimates to be contained within the Single Sub-Domain, and are not necessarily the actual number of Webpages contained within the Website. How To Get an SEOPass™ for a Website

  1. VERIFY WEBSITE ANALYSIS: First you must verify that the Website you want to purchase has been recently analyzed by SEOENG®. By entering your Website's URL into the SEOENG® Search Bar, you will see if SEOENG® has recently analyzed that particular Website. If it hasn't, SEOENG® will offer to analyze it first for FREE (this will allow you limited access to the compiled data in the form of a single Webpage Scoresheet only). Enter the words shown into the Captcha, and click the 'Start Analyzing' button. You may add your email address to receive notification when the analysis is complete, or you may check back periodically by re-entering the Website's URL into the SEOENG® Search Bar and clicking the 'SEOENG Search' button (see 'Instant Quote' paragraph above for screen shots and details).

    *Please make sure that all email from SEOENG.com is allowed and not filtered into your Junk or Spam folders. See your email provider for instructions on how to manage your email spam filters.
  2. NEW CUSTOMERS: If you don't already have an account with SEOENG®, you will be able to create one upon purchasing your first SEOPass™. Once the initial analysis is complete you may click on the 'Get SEOENG® Packages!' tab at the top of the Free Webpage Scoresheet. Select a purchase option by clicking on the corresponding button. It will then ask you to create a 'SEOENG® Account'.

    To create an account, enter your email address and then retype it again for authentication. Enter the required fields. Please make sure you read the Terms of Service (TOS) and click the checkbox to confirm you have read and accepted the TOS. *If you do not agree to the Terms of Service you will be unable to use SEOENG®. Continue registering by entering the words into the Captcha and then clicking the 'Create SEOENG® Account' button. Your email and password will be displayed on the screen. You may change your password in the future by logging in and going to the 'Customer Home'. SEOENG® will also send you a confirmation email with your registration details.

    Review your SEOPass™ Details, and confirm that they are correct. SEOENG® instantly calculates the cost of the SEOPass™, as well as the cost of subsequent Re-Crawls (note that any future SEOPass™ and Re-Crawl rates are subject to change at any time). Proceed by clicking on the 'Secure PayPal Checkout' button, where you can Login as a returning PayPal user, or enter your billing information if you are new to PayPal. Once your payment is complete you may click on the 'Return to Merchant' button to return to SEOENG®. Your Website analysis will take some time to compile; it could take minutes, hours, or days depending on the size and complexity of your Website as well as the demand on SEOENG®. You may continue to check back on the status of your SEOPass™ by logging in, which will bring you by default to your 'Customer Home' where you can click 'Add/Manage SEOPasses™' and then click on the desired Website. You may also check the status by logging in to SEOENG®, entering your URL into the SEOENG® Search Bar at the top of the page, and then clicking on the 'SEOENG® Search' button. SEOENG® will also email you a notification once the Website has been fully compiled.

  3. RETURNING CUSTOMERS: If you have previously registered with SEOENG®, Login to SEOENG® by entering your unique user name and password. Logging in will automatically bring you to the 'Customer Home' (if you are already logged in to SEOENG®, simply click on 'Customer Home' on the navigation bar at the top right of the screen).

    Add a New SEOPass™ by clicking on 'Add/Manage SEOPasses™', clicking on the 'Purchase SEOPass™' tab, and typing in the full URL (i.e. http://www.SEOENG.com) in the 'Website' box, and then click the 'Purchase SEOPass™ Button'. You may then select a Standard SEOPass™, or if available an Extended SEOPass™ (see 'Standard vs. Extended SEOPass™' above for details). See 'Review your SEOPass™ Details' above for instructions on how to proceed.

    4. Add an SEOPass™

    Re-Crawls

    You can initiate a Re-Crawl of any Subscribed Website at any time from your 'Customer Home'. Simply click on the 'Add/Manage SEOPass™' link, and select 'Re-Crawl' for the Website you chose. Re-Crawl rates are typically priced much lower than the initial SEOPass™, and are intended to provide a cheap and effective means to make changes to your Website, and then view the results of these changes within SEOENG®. (NOTE: If Website content has been added, Website changes have been made, or if SEOENG™ discovers new or additional Website content or Links, the Re-Crawl rate may be higher than the previous rate).

    Currently SEOENG® limits the re-crawling of external incoming links (backlinks) to a frequency of once every five days. If a Website Re-Crawl is initiated within five days of an initial Crawl or subsequent Re-Crawl, the backlink data will not be updated. **If this is a concern for you, we recommend that you purchase/schedule Website Re-Crawls no closer than five days apart.
